To say that we at Kocourek Nissan are impressed by our esteemed Japanese automaker's midsize sedan, the recently refreshed 2016 Nissan Altima, would be an understatement of the highest order. More accurately, we're outright over the moon for this fresh-faced four-door!

Nissan has always been known for being on the bleeding edge of automotive technology, and today they've made a bold step towards the car of the future. Earlier today, Nissan released video demonstrating its Piloted Drive system. For Nissan, this new automotive innovation started with a question; "What could we achieve in our commute time if we didn't have to drive?"

The New York Auto Show kicked off in the Big Apple this week, and Nissan was in attendance with no shortage of fresh metal. Among the newcomers was a fresh iteration of the next generation Titan pickup. Unlike the XD, which is a top-shelf heavy hitter, this version draws crosshairs on the lucrative and competitive half-ton segment.

It’s an exciting time to be driving these days. From self-driving cars to electric vehicles hitting the roads, it seems like the future is here now! We may not have flying cars yet but it seems Nissan might just have the next best thing.
